Yorkshire Passion returns in 2012!

Tourism is a serious business which contributes over £670 million annually into our local economy, providing jobs and supporting sustainable communities, so delivering excellent customer service and promoting a positive image really does matter!
To help local businesses provide an even better service Visit Hull & East Yorkshire (VHEY) are offering FREE Yorkshire Passion customer service training courses to any business or individual who comes into contact with visitors or customers.
Yorkshire Passion is a highly visual, entertaining approach to customer service training. We look at the visitor experience through theatre, film and entertaining verbal presentations. The training session will incorporate two short plays (written by John Godber), that illustrate the central role people play in delivering quality customer service and the effect that has on the visitor perception of our area.

We would encourage all businesses to take advantage of this Free training by booking places on the course for your staff.
Who is Yorkshire Passion aimed at?
Yorkshire Passion is designed for any business, employee or individual who has contact with customers or visitors here in East Yorkshire. This includes employees from:
- Accommodation, food and beverage sectors
- Tourist attractions and activities
- Retail and Leisure sectors
- And just about anyone who meets with customers
How much does it cost?
Yorkshire Passion sessions are FREE of charge
When is the next course?
Tuesday 6th March 2012 – Pocklington Arts Centre – 4.30pm start
Wednesday 7th March 2012 – Albemarle Centre Hull - 10am start
Thursday 8th March 2012 – Beverley Arms, Beverley – 2pm start
Friday 9th March 2012 – The Spa Bridlington – 10am start
All courses are two and half hours in duration.
