Law firm Andrew Jackson is delighted to announce that real estate solicitor David Dixon has been promoted to partner.
David joined Andrew Jackson as a trainee in 2001 and has been a key member of the firm's real estate team since qualifying with the firm in 2003.  He acts on a broad range of commercial property transactions for national and regional property owners and has particular expertise advising landlords and tenants on commercial leases, as well as dealing with sales and purchases of freehold properties.
David has substantial knowledge and expertise in issues concerning dockland and riverside property transactions through his work for one of the UK's largest corporate landlords involved in ports and infrastructure. He also has significant experience dealing with a broad range of property matters for an international airport.
David counts amongst his clients a number of charities and not for profit organisations which he has advised on the legislation surrounding land disposals.
Andrew Jackson’s managing partner, Mark Pearson-Kendall, said: - “Throughout his time at the firm, David has developed a reputation for delivering commercially astute advice and enjoys excellent relationships with his clients, who speak highly of him. His promotion is thoroughly deserved."
